Terms of Service
Benson Studio is a private tool used by its owner to schedule and publish short videos to social media accounts the owner controls. These terms cover anyone who connects an account to it.
Use
- Only accounts owned or managed by Benson Studio's operator may be connected.
- Every post is reviewed and approved by a person before it is scheduled; the tool shows the caption and privacy settings before publishing.
- Content must follow each platform's rules (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X) and the rules of any campaign it is made for, including rights and required credits.
Platform terms
Connecting a YouTube channel means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Each platform's own terms also apply to its account.
Disconnecting
Access can be removed at any time in the platform's settings or by emailing us; see the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is. We are not responsible for platform outages, rejected posts or changes a platform makes to its services.
