Privacy Policy

Benson Studio is a private publishing tool. It posts short videos that we made to social media accounts that we own: Conversation Gold Clips (@conversationgoldclips) and Byte Sized Money (@bytesizedmoney). It is not offered to the public. This policy explains what the tool reads, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

Account basics from each connected platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X): account name, handle, account ID and profile picture, so we post to the right account.
Access tokens the platform gives us when an account owner approves the connection. They let the tool post on that account's behalf.
Post information for videos we publish: the post's link, status and public counts such as views, so we can confirm a post is live and report results.

We do not collect followers' personal information, messages, contacts, location or payment details.

How we use it

Only to publish our own videos to our own accounts at scheduled times, to confirm they went live, and to measure how they perform. We do not sell, rent or share this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

Tokens and post records are stored on servers we control, with access limited to the account owner. Tokens are never published or sent to third parties other than the platform that issued them.

Google and YouTube

Benson Studio uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Benson Studio's access at any time at Google security settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it and how to delete it

We keep tokens only while an account is connected and post records for up to 24 months. To disconnect, remove Benson Studio in the platform's settings (Google security settings; Instagram: Settings, Apps and websites; TikTok: Settings, Security, Manage app permissions; X: Settings, Security, Connected apps). To have all stored information deleted, email [email protected]; we delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Children

Benson Studio is not directed to anyone under 18.
